With steady growth, the time has come to look for support to assist our Senior Project Managers in project management tasks.

Your responsibilities:
Project Management needs flexibility and the ability to respond to ever changing challenges. The goal behind all our efforts is “to make our clients happy”.

Project Management Follow up:
Our Senior Project Managers, who are often out of the office need support and
follow up inside the office for the following tasks:

- Check and complete calculations including costing research

- Translations of plans or explanations between English and Japanese

- Progress tracking including dead lines and mile stones

- Contact with clients, suppliers and organizers in Japan and worldwide by e-mail and phone

- General administrative support

Your qualifications:
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Japanese. German language skills are a plus.
Every additional language will be appreciated.

- is accustomed to work in an international environment.

- has good manners on international standards for e-mail and phone communication.

- understands economical basics and knows how to calculate in Excel.

- has a basic technical/architectural understanding .

- can be of any age. We do not limit this, but we expect a proactive, committed and flexible work attitude to meet changing demands and the ability to fit yourself in a team of creative and open minded characters.
We definitely prefer candidates with a good understanding of computers and software in general.
Our office runs on Mac computers.
